Paul Naylor

Paul Naylor was the KTP consultant for both @UK PLC KTP projects. 

Paul was key to getting the SpendInsight project through the KTP process, since it is unusual for a single company to run 3 related KTP projects in parallel, and even more unusual to run a massive 3 associate KTP project.  It was important that each of the projects could run independently, but that they were able to contribute to each other, to create a significantly better result.
