Gary was Programme Director for the London Procurement Programme (LPP), and LPP project sponsor of SpendInsight.

He was previously involved in the establishment of PRO-CURE, the Collaborative Procurement Hub in the South Central SHA region. Most of his career has been spent in the private sector where he has held a variety of engineering, production management and commercial roles.

Gary successfully engaged with the LPP member trusts to get them to join in with the SpendInsight Spend Analysis programme.
