Dr John Howroyd

John was a mathematics lecturer in the Department of Mathematical and Computing Sciences at Goldsmiths College London.  He moved up to Stirling University, and then joined @UK PLC as a KTP associate on @UK PLC's intelligent fraud detection project.

The intelligent fraud detection project turned out to be significantly more difficult than envisaged and required John's level of mathematical expertise.  John took over from the previous associate Nils Junker King who joined the @UK PLC development team.

Following on from the intelligent fraud detection project, John became head of research at @UK PLC and headed up the SpendInsight project.
