'It's really useful because we can look at the information from all different angles and it's so easy to use,' says Ms Hamilton. 'It will help us rationalise and standardise our suppliers and products, which in turn means we can get better prices.'

Data Analysis

Our artificial intelligence engine does the hard work of understanding what you are buying and matching it all up.

The normal problem with data analysis is creating quality data from incomplete and often inaccurate catalogue and free text order data.  Our 3 years of research have resulted in a significant improvement over the previous state of the art, and combining this with the largest best quality set of purchasing data from Coding International means that are improved algorithms start from a better set of training data.

The result is that we can provide significantly more matched and cleansed data, without any manual intervention, which is normally the costly and time consuming element of a spend analysis project, that seeks to achieve a similarly comprehensive analysis at line item level of the data.

The output from the analysis is in the form of both an off-line data pack and an on-line web dashboard.

The off-line data pack consists of a Microsoft access database , with your complete set of cleaned up information, and an Microsoft excel front end.  You can use the data in the access database with any reporting tools that you wish.
