Manual effort is normally the costly and time consuming element of a spend analysis project. Comprehensive analysis at line item level would be infeasible as a manual process.

But what is it?

The output from the analysis is in the form of both

an off-line data pack, and
an on-line web dashboard.

The off-line data pack consists of a Microsoft Access database, with your complete set of cleaned information, and an interactive Microsoft Excel front end.

You can use the data in the access database with any reporting tools that you wish.
